We collect information that identifies, relates to, describes, or could reasonably be linked to you, with a specific focus on the media you provide for AI processing.
A. User-Provided Information
Photos, Videos, and Audio Data: To provide our core AI-powered media editing and generation features, we require access to the photos and videos you upload. If your videos contain audio tracks, this audio data is also processed to facilitate comprehensive video editing or generation.
Facial Data: We may process "Facial Data" (including facial geometry, expressions, and landmarks) from your photos and video frames to apply AI filters, track motion, and generate dynamic avatars or video transformations.
Account Information: If you create an account, we may collect your name, email address, and login credentials.
B. Automatically Collected Information
Device and Usage Data: We automatically collect your IP address, device type, operating system version, device identifiers (such as IDFA or AAID), hardware capabilities (such as GPU/codec support for on-device processing), and app usage statistics to ensure the App functions correctly.
C. Data Collection Summary
Photos & Videos: Collected to apply AI filters and generate edits. This data is deleted immediately post-processing.
Facial Data / Geometry: Collected for facial tracking across video frames. This data is transient and destroyed post-generation.
Device & Hardware Data: Collected to optimize video rendering pipelines. This data is retained until app uninstallation or account deletion.

We use the collected information for the following purposes:
To Provide AI and Media Features: To process your photos, videos, audio, and Facial Data solely to generate the requested AI edits, dynamic crops, or video transformations.
To Improve Our App: To analyze usage trends, troubleshoot bugs (e.g., video rendering crashes), and improve user experience.
To Serve Advertisements: To display relevant ads through third-party ad networks.
Customer Support: To respond to your inquiries and support requests.
Important Note on AI Training: The media (photos, videos, audio) and facial data you upload are used exclusively for the purpose of generating your requested content. We do not use your personal media, generated content, or facial data to train, retrain, or improve our foundational AI models.

Because video files are larger and require more processing time than photos, our retention policies are strictly optimized for data minimization.
Cloud and On-Device Processing: Depending on the feature, your media may be processed locally on your device or securely transmitted to our cloud servers.
Transient Storage of Media and Facial Data: Original photos, videos, and Facial Data uploaded to our servers for AI generation are automatically and permanently deleted within a short, predefined window (e.g., within 24 hours) after the rendering and downloading process is complete. We do not store Facial Data or raw video files long-term.
Generated AI Media: Images and videos generated by the App are stored locally on your device or linked securely to your account.
Account Information: Retained until you request account deletion.

We do not sell your personal data. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:
Service Providers: With trusted cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud) that host our servers and process data securely on our behalf.
Ad Networks & Analytics: With third-party ad partners (e.g., AdMob) and analytics tools to deliver personalized ads and track performance.
Legal Requirements: If required by law, subpoena, or government request to protect our legal rights or the safety of our users.

You have full control over your data. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time.

C. Illinois Residents (BIPA) and Biometric Privacy
While we process Facial Data across sequential video frames to create AI transformations, we do not use this data to identify you or authenticate your identity. Any extracted facial geometry is used transiently and destroyed immediately after the video or image generation is complete, in strict compliance with the Biometric Information Privacy Act (BIPA).

This App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your region). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements, particularly as we introduce new video processing features. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this document or via in-app notification.
